What is MDMFlows?
MDMFlows is a master data management (MDM) platform for a company's product, supplier, customer and other reference data, combined with approval workflows for changes. Every change can go through a defined approval path, and the change history of each record is kept.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Data repositories, fields, forms and approval workflows (in BPMN notation) are configured in the browser, without writing code. Workflows can create and update records, send e-mails and start sub-processes on their own.
What data can I keep in MDMFlows?
Any reference data of your company: product, supplier and customer records, price lists, dictionaries. You define the fields, their types, calculated fields and links between repositories, and import existing data from a CSV or XLSX file. A data quality report shows gaps and errors, and duplicate detection helps merge them.
Can I try MDMFlows for free?
Yes. After registering your company you get a 7-day trial of the Start package — no card details needed.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union. Each company's data is kept separate, and secrets such as integration keys are stored encrypted.
Does MDMFlows integrate with other systems?
Yes. The Enterprise package includes an API with tokens and documentation, webhooks that notify other systems about record and process changes, and a workflow step that calls external APIs.
